Thomas Stuckey, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Stuckey completed his residency in ophthalmology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee and specializes in cataract surgery, blepharoplasties and other complex eye surgeries like pterygium removal.

In addition to completing an ophthalmology residency, Dr. Stuckey also completed two years of general surgery residency that he utilizes when doing complicated oculoplastic procedures such as eyelid lifts and malposition repair of the lids.

Dr. Stuckey is board certified by the American Board of  Ophthalmology and has performed research with the  famous Pennington Biomedical Research Center at LSU.

Dr. Stuckey is a dedicated husband and father of 2 girls. An interesting story is that Dr.Thomas Stuckey’s children go to the same grade school that Dr. D attended when he was younger. 

Dr. D commented that “A highly skilled surgeon with a great bedside manner is rare in medicine, and that's why patients love Dr. Stuckey.”
