SEECA and Dr. D, founders of the Independence Day Celebration in Houma, are honored to help sponsor and organize a festival to help our community celebrate what it means to be an American: FREEDOM. Each year, the celebration grows and we are thankful to have been selected as the Regions Favorite Festival. We are proud to donate all proceeds from this festival back to local Veterans Groups and the Wounded Warrior Project. Please join us each Independence Day in celebrating our freedom. With this celebration, we hope to pass along the tradition of what it means to be an American to our next generation.
